【摘要】 目的：探析妇科癌症化疗致周围神经病变(CIPN)患者行阶段转变模型下运动疗法量化干预的临床效果。方法：选择2022年6月—2023年7月滨州医学院附属医院收治的80例妇科癌症CIPN患者，通过随机数字表法分为两组，各40例。对照组采用基础常规护理，干预组采用阶段转变模型下运动疗法量化干预。比较两组CIPN评估工具评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、健康调查简表评分。结果：干预后，干预组CIPN评估工具评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后，干预组BBS评分均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后，干预组健康调查简表评分均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：妇科癌症CIPN患者行阶段转变模型下运动疗法量化干预可缓解临床症状，减轻疾病对日常生活能力的影响，改善平衡功能，提升身心健康状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of quantitative intervention of exercise therapy under phase transition model in patients with chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) caused by gynecological cancer.Method:A total of 80 patients with gynecological cancer CIPN admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from June 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic routine nursing,and the intervention group was treated with quantitative intervention of exercise therapy under phase transition model.CIPN assessment tool score,Berg balance scale (BBS) score and the MOS item short form health survey score were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the CIPN assessment tool scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention,BBS scores in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention,the MOS item short form health survey scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Quantitative intervention of exercise therapy under phase transition model in patients with gynecological cancer CIPN can alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce the impact of the disease on daily living ability,improve balance function,and enhance physical and mental health.更多还原
