【Abstract】 The discourse structure of the metaverse empowering labor education interprets the "coincidence" between labor education and the metaverse, containing a complex logical framework of reality logic, practice logic, and education logic. The metaverse of "strong technology" empowers the emergence of a new paradigm of "digitalization" in labor education, but at the same time, it also brings about a real crisis of subject object relationship dislocation, distorted content value, ethical construction deviation, and imbalanced technological development to labor education. Effectively alleviating the inherent hidden dangers of empowering labor education in the metaverse, efforts should be made from four levels: adhering to the rational gene of "teaching" and "learning", reshaping the "form" and "spirit" of knowledge environment, shaping the "benefit" and "meaning" of educational ethics, and grasping the "stability" and "progress" of application trends to improve the practical effectiveness of empowering labor education in the metaverse.更多还原
