吉林省规模化猪场断奶仔猪金黄色葡萄球菌和肠球菌的分离鉴定和耐药性分析

【摘要】 为了解吉林省不同地区规模化生猪养殖场金黄色葡萄球菌和肠球菌的耐药情况,本试验对采自吉林省7个市(县)共20个规模化生猪养殖场的断奶仔猪粪便样本(420份)进行了金黄色葡萄球菌和肠球菌的分离鉴定和药物敏感性测定。结果显示,共分离到96株金黄色葡萄球菌和224株肠球菌,分离率分别为22.86%和53.33%。20种抗菌药物敏感性测定结果显示,猪源金黄色葡萄球菌对红霉素和四环素耐药最严重,耐药率均达到95.65%,对磷霉素敏感;猪源肠球菌对红霉素、复方新诺明、磺胺异噁唑、四环素、头孢他啶、多西环素和多黏菌素表现出高耐药率,耐药率均在90.00%以上,对磷霉素耐药率最低,仅为3.13%。多重耐药种数统计结果显示,金黄色葡萄球菌分离株至少耐3种抗菌药物,多重耐药种数在3~16种均有分布;肠球菌分离株至少耐5种抗菌药物,多重耐药种数在5~17种均有分布。结果表明,吉林省规模化猪场金黄色葡萄球菌和肠球菌均存在严重的多药耐药性,为吉林省金黄色葡萄球菌和肠球菌耐药情况和临床合理用药提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 To understand the drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus in large-scale pig farms in different regions of Jilin Province, this study isolated, identified, and determined the drug sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus from fecal samples of weaned piglets collected from 20 large-scale pig farms in 7 cities(counties) in Jilin Province(420 samples in total). The results showed that a total of 96 strains of Staphylococcus aureus and 224 strains of Enterococcus were isolated, with isolation rates of 22.86% and 53.33%, respectively. Drug sensitivity tests for 20 antibiotics revealed that pig-origin Staphylococcus aureus were most resistant to erythromycin and tetracycline, with resistance rates reaching 95.65% for both, and they were sensitive to fosfomycin. Pig-origin Enterococcus exhibited high resistance rates to erythromycin, cotrimoxazole, sulfisoxazole, tetracycline, ceftazidime, doxycycline, and polymyxin, all exceeding 90.00%, with the lowest resistance rate to fosfomycin at only 3.13%. The statistical results of the number of multidrug-resistant strains showed that Staphylococcus aureus isolates were resistant to at least 3 antibiotics, with a distribution of multidrug-resistant numbers ranging from 3 to 16; Enterococcus isolates were resistant to at least 5 antibiotics, with a distribution of multidrug-resistant numbers ranging from 5 to 17. The results indicate that both Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus in large-scale pig farms in Jilin Province exhibit serious multidrug resistance, providing reference data for the drug resistance and rational clinical use of Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus in Jilin Province.
