中国干品类食用菌出口贸易效率和潜力测算
Efficiency and potential calculation of export trade of dried edible mushrooms in China
【摘要】 干品类食用菌是我国食用菌出口的重要门类,贸易额占比常年超过一半。选取2012—2021年十年间中国与32个主要出口国家和地区的干品类食用菌贸易数据,回溯分析新时代十年中国干品类食用菌贸易出口效率及影响因素。研究结果:2012—2021年,中国干品类食用菌贸易量与贸易额总体呈上升趋势;进口国GDP与人口总量对干品类食用菌出口具促进作用,贸易双方地理距离与中国GDP对出口有阻碍作用;自由贸易区和WTO贸易国是提高中国干品类食用菌出口效率的重要因素。从提高中国食用菌出口贸易效率角度提出两个建议:对接国际干品类食用菌标准,突破技术壁垒;开拓新兴市场,发展多元化出口市场。
【Abstract】 Dried edible mushrooms are an important category of edible mushroom exports in China, accounting for over half of the total trade volume. The article selects data on the trade of dried edible mushrooms between China and 32 major exporting countries and area from 2012 to 2021, and retrospectively analyzes the efficiency and influencing factors of China’s dried edible mushroom trade exports in the new era over the past decade. Research results: From 2012 to 2021,the trade volume and trade volume of dried edible mushrooms in China showed an overall upward trend; The GDP and total population of importing countries have a promoting effect on the export of dried edible mushrooms, while the geographical distance between trading parties and China’s GDP have an hindering effect on exports; Free trade zones and WTO trading countries are important factors in improving China’s efficiency in exporting dried edible mushrooms. And two suggestions are proposed from the perspective of improving the efficiency of China’s edible mushroom export trade:aligning with international standards for dried edible mushrooms and breaking through technological barriers; Explore emerging markets and develop diversified export markets.
