用于有机溶剂中微量水检测的荧光探针合成及性能研究
Synthesis and Properties of Fluorescent Probes for the Detection of Trace Water in Organic Solvents
【摘要】 荧光探针因其对离子或分子检测的分析灵敏度高、操作简单、样品用量少、检测成本低、选择性和特异性强等优点而备受关注。本文设计并合成了一种以萘酰亚胺为荧光信号团水分子为目标物的新型荧光探针。通过核磁共振氢谱和高分辨质谱对探针结构进行表征,并采用紫外-可见吸收光谱法和荧光光谱法对探针的光谱学性质和检测性能进行研究,合成的探针可以对四氢呋喃(Tetrahydrofuran, THF)和1,4-二氧六环(1,4-Dioxane, Dioxane)等有机溶剂进行微量水检测,检测限分别为0.085%和0.819%。
【Abstract】 Fluorescent probes have attracted much attention because of their advantages such as high sensitivity, simple operation, small sample amount, low detection cost, strong selectivity and specificity for ion or molecular detection. In this paper, a novel fluorescence probe with naphthalimide as fluorescence signal group and water as target was designed and synthesized. The probe structure was characterized by ~1H NMR and high-resolution mass spectrometry, and the spectroscopic properties and detection performance of the probe were studied by UV-VIS absorption spectrometry and fluorescence spectrometry. The synthesized probe can detect trace water in organic solvents such as THF and Dioxane with detection limits of 0.085% and 0.819%, respectively.
