面向微波能应用的30 GHz连续波回旋管
A 30 GHz Continuous-wave Gyrotron for Microwave Energy Application
【摘要】 国际电联3区和我国无线电频率划分规定中,可用于工业、科学和医疗应用的频率已提升至毫米波频段。为了推动我国微波能应用向更高频率的毫米波频域发展,报道了一支为微波能应用研究开发的30 GHz连续波回旋管。通过理论设计和实验验证了该回旋管可在4.2 kV、300 mA工作电压、电流下实现100 W以上连续波功率输出,输出频率30.14 GHz,器件工作模式TE01模式,实验结果与理论设计基本吻合。
【Abstract】 According to ITU Region 3 and China radio frequency division regulations, the frequency used for industrial, scientific and medical applications has been upgraded to millimeter-wave frequency band. In order to promote the microwave energy application in China to higher millimeter-wave frequency domain, a 30 GHz continuous-wave(CW) gyrotron is proposed. Through theoretical design and experimental verification, the gyrotron operated in TE01 mode can achieve CW power output more than 100 W with working voltage of 4.2 kV and current of 300mA at the frequency of 30.14 GHz. The experimental results are basically consistent with the theoretical design.
