【摘要】 报道头部外伤致尖端赛多孢脑膜炎1例。将患者脑脊液阳性培养液进行真菌培养和形态学观察，菌株采用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱仪进行鉴定，并对菌株进行rDNA基因内转录间隔区测序及同源性分析，鉴定结果为尖端赛多孢。E-test体外药敏试验结果显示菌株对伏立康唑敏感。使用伏立康唑治疗3 d后患儿病情好转，但因突发蛛网膜下腔和脑干出血后出现脑死亡，最终放弃治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of infective Scedosporium apiospermum meningitis caused by head trauma was reported. Fungal culture and morphological observation were carried out in the positive culture medium of cerebrospinal fluid. The strain was identified by the matter-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometery. The internal transcribed spacer was sequenced and homologous analysis was performed. The strain was identified to be Scedosporium apiospermum. The results of E-test in vitro showed that the strain was sensitive to voriconazole. After 3 days of treatment with voriconazole, the patient’s condition improved, but the treatment was abandoned due to brain death after sudden subarachnoid and brainstem hemorrhage.更多还原
