【摘要】 Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors, TLR)作为一种重要模式识别受体主要参与非特异性免疫和炎症反应，是免疫系统参与活化炎症反应的初始应答者之一。研究表明，TLR可以诱导多种细胞因子产生及激活多种信号通路参与耳科疾病的发生发展，其在耳科方向介导的机制及治疗也成为人们关注和研究的热点。为进一步确定TLR在临床常见耳科疾病发生发展中的关键作用，我们就TLR基本概况及其在几种典型耳科疾病中的作用与机制进行综述，为将来预防和治疗该类疾病提供一些理论支撑以及新方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important pattern recognition receptor, toll-like receptors(TLR) are responsible for non-specific immune and inflammatory reactions. It is one of the initial responders in the immune system involved in activating the inflammatory response. Studies have shown that TLRs can induce the production of a variety of cytokines and activate a variety of signaling pathways to participate in the development of ear diseases. The roles of TLRs in the mediation and treatment of ear diseases have become a focus of attention and research. In order to further determine the key role of TLRs in the genesis and development of common ear diseases, this paper reviews the basics of TLRs and their roles in the mechanisms in several typical ear diseases, providing a theoretical basis and new directions for the prevention and treatment of these diseases in the future.更多还原
