【摘要】 目的 观察岐黄针疗法治疗帕金森病运动障碍的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月至12月广州中医药大学附属中山中医院收治的60例帕金森病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例),对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用西医常规治疗联合岐黄针疗法。比较两组患者的运动功能、临床疗效、生活质量和不良反应情况。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后39项帕金森病调查表(PDQ-39)、统一帕金森病评定量表第三部分(UPDRS-Ⅲ)评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论 岐黄针疗法治疗帕金森病患者可有效改善运动功能,提高生活质量,且安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qihuang needle therapy in the treatment of dyskinesia in Parkinson’s disease. Methods A total of 60 patients with Parkinson’s disease admitted to the Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to the Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were selected as the subjects. All patients were divided into the control group(30 cases) and treatment group(30 cases) according to a random number table. The patients in the control group were treated with western conventional treatment, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with western conventional treatment combined with Qihuang needle therapy. The motor function, clinical efficacy, quality of life and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of patients in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the 39-item parkinson’s disease questionnaire(PDQ-39) and unified-parkinson disease rating scale Ⅲ(UPDRS-Ⅲ) scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion Qihuang needle therapy in treatment for patients with Parkinson’s diseases can effectively improve motor function, and quality of life. It is safe and reliable.更多还原
