幼儿气质与视屏时长的关联分析

【摘要】 目的 本研究旨在探索幼儿气质与视屏时长的关联。方法 在中国家庭追踪调查数据库中,纳入2020年身体发育情况正常的1~3岁儿童气质量表数据和每周视屏时长数据完整的幼儿1118名。使用多元线性回归模型分析幼儿在5个维度上的气质得分与每周视屏时长的关联。使用多元Logistic回归模型和分层分析法,进行敏感性分析和亚组分析。结果 校正幼儿年龄、性别、所在地区、城乡、父母文化程度以及抑郁情况后,幼儿在活动性、反应性、情绪性和专注性这4个维度上的气质得分每增加1分,每周视屏时长分别增加11.2%(95%CI:0.058~0.167,P <0.001)、10.2%(95%CI:0.050~0.155,P <0.001)、7.9%(95%CI:0.027~0.132,P=0.003)、11.2%(95%CI:0.056~0.168,P <0.001)。未发现上述关联在不同亚组存在差异(P交互>0.05)。未发现幼儿社会抑制性得分与其视屏时长相关(P>0.05)。敏感性分析结果与主要结果保持一致。结论 幼儿较强的活动性、反应性、情绪性和专注性与视屏时长较长相关。本研究为未来基于幼儿气质对其视屏行为进行个性化干预提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the association between toddlers’ temperament and screen time.Methods In the Chinese Family Panel Studies(CFPS) database,1118 toddlers with normal physical development,complete data from the temperament questionnaire survey and weekly screen time in 2020 were included as study subjects.Multiple linear regression models were used to analyze the association between toddlers’ temperament scores on five dimensions(activity,social inhibition,reactivity,emotionality,and preoccupation) and weekly screen time.Sensitivity analysis and subgroup analysis were performed by using multiple logistic regression models and stratified analysis.Results After adjusting for toddlers’ age,sex,region,urban/rural,parental education level,and depression,each one-point increase in scores of toddlers’ activity,reactivity,emotionality,and preoccupation was associated with a longer weekly screen time by 11.2%(95% CI:0.058-0.167,P <0.001),10.2%(95% CI:0.050-0.155,P <0.001),7.9%(95% CI:0.027-0.132,P=0.003),and 11.2%(95% CI:0.056-0.168,P <0.001),respectively.The associations above were not differed by subgroups(P for interaction> 0.05).There was no evidence showed association of toddlers’ social inhibition score with weekly screen time(P> 0.05).The results of sensitivity analysis were consistent with the main results.Conclusion Higher activity,reactivity,emotionality,and preoccupation among toddlers are associated with longer screen time.Our study provides a scientific basis for personalized guidance of toddlers’ screen use based on their temperament in the future.
