心脏衰老对线粒体结构和功能影响的研究进展
Advance in the Effects of Cardiac Aging on Mitochondrial Structure and Function
【摘要】 衰老是一个自然的生理过程,随着年龄增加,身体脏器的结构和功能,尤其是心血管系统会出现显著改变。心血管疾病是一种增龄性疾病,随着年龄增加,发病率显著升高。心血管疾病的发生和衰老加重了心脏结构的改变和心脏功能的下降。心脏衰老的发生机制复杂,线粒体结构和功能的异常在衰老中扮演了重要的角色,可能是衰老干预的潜在靶点。本文就线粒体结构和代谢在心脏衰老中的改变的研究进展展开综述。
【Abstract】 Aging is a natural physiological process, in which the structure and function of organs, especially the cardiovascular system, change significantly with the increase of age. Cardiovascular disease is an age-related disease and the morbidity increases significantly with aging. The occurrence of cardiovascular diseases and aging aggravate the changes of heart structure and the decline of heart function. The mechanism of cardiac aging is complex and the abnormalities of mitochondrial structure and function play an essential role in aging, which may be a potential target of aging intervention. This article aims to review the advance in the effects of mitochondrial structure and metabolism in cardiac aging.
