【摘要】 目的 调查中山市公立医院感染预防与控制专业人员（以下简称感控人员）岗位胜任力现况，为今后制订感控人员能力提升计划提供科学依据。方法 利用感控人员岗位胜任力自评量表，于2022年2月对中山市29所公立医院所有感控人员进行问卷调查。结果 回收有效问卷706份，感控人员中女性占83.57%，护理专业占67.99%，中级及以下职称占84.84%，本科及以下学历占93.91%。感控人员岗位胜任力自评量表总分为（5.37±0.85）分，得分从高到低依次为个人特征品质、组织协作能力、感控基本技能及专业发展能力。专职感控人员量表总分及各维度得分均高于兼职人员（P<0.05）。结论 中山市感控人员岗位胜任力处于中等水平，专兼职人员存在差距，需要完善培训体系以促进感控人员岗位胜任力的持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the post competency of infection prevention and control professionals(hereinafter referred to as infection control personnel) in public hospitals in Zhongshan City,and to provide scientific basis for formulating the ability improvement plan for infection control personnel in the future.Methods In February,2022,a questionnaire survey was conducted among all the employees in 29 public hospitals in Zhongshan City with the Post Competency Self-rating Scale for Employees In Charge of Control.Results A total of 706 valid questionnaires were collected,among which 83.57% were women,67.99% were nursing professionals,84.84% were intermediate or below professional titles,and 93.91% were undergraduate or below.The total score of the Post Competency Self-rating Scale of the Sense Control Personnel is(5.37 ± 0.85)score,and the scores from high to low are personal characteristics,organizational and cooperative ability,basic sense control skills and professional development ability.The total score and scores of all dimensions of the full-time staff were higher than those of part-time staff(P<0.05).Conclusion The post competency of sense control personnel in Zhongshan City is at a medium level,and there is a gap between full-time and part-time personnel.It is necessary to improve the training system to promote the sustainable development of sense control personnel′s post competency.更多还原
