【摘要】 为探讨护理硕士生创新能力与自我超越之间的关系，于2023年3—4月，采用便利抽样法，选取3所高校的护理硕士生作为研究对象，采用一般资料调查问卷、创新能力量表、自我超越量表对其进行调查分析。263名护理硕士生创新能力总分为（39.96±8.83）分，自我超越总分为（46.20±8.02）分，创新能力与自我超越呈正相关（r=0.605,P<0.01）。研究显示，护理硕士生自我超越水平越高，其创新能力越强，护理教育管理者应重视护理硕士生自我超越意识和能力的培养，从而提升其创新能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the relationship between nursing masters’ innovation ability and self-transcendence,convenience sampling method was used from March to April 2023. Nursing masters from three colleges were selected as the research subjects,and were surveyed and analyzed with General Information Survey Questionnaire,Innovation Ability Scale and Self-transcendence Scale.The total score of 263 nursing masters’ innovation ability was(39.96 ± 8.83) score,and the total score of self-transcendence was(46.20 ± 8.02) score. There was a positive correlation between innovation ability and self-transcendence( r=0.605,P<0.01). Research shows that the higher the level of nursing masters’ self-transcendence,the stronger their innovation ability is. Nursing education managers should pay more attention to the cultivation of nursing masters’ sense of self-transcendence and ability,so as to enhance their innovation ability.更多还原
