【摘要】 目的 了解生理药动学（PBPK）模型研究的现状、知识基础和学术影响力，为未来开展PBPK模型研究和应用提供参考。方法 采用计算机检索Web of Science数据库中1999年1月1日至2023年4月1日的PBPK模型研究文献，使用Excel 2019软件、Incites分析平台、VOSviewer 1.6.19软件进行文献计量学分析，对发文量、国家/地区、机构、作者、期刊、引文和关键词进行定性和定量分析。结果 共纳入2923篇文献，其中中国学者发表244篇。发文量整体呈逐年递增趋势，发文量最多的国家为美国（48.82%），其次为英国（20.80%）和德国（10.50%），美国、英国和德国的学科规范化引文影响力（CNCI）分别为1.26,1.55,1.41；我国大陆发文量排名第5(7.90%),CNCI为0.84。国际发文量最多的机构为Roche Holding(198篇)，CNCI为1.74；国内发文量最多的机构为中国药科大学（40篇），CNCI为0.93。发文量排名前10的作者均来自发文量排名前10的国家，CNCI均大于1。刊文量最多的期刊为Drug Metabolism and Disposition(206篇)。研究的主题集中于应用PBPK模型研究药物的吸收、分布、代谢、排泄、相互作用等内容，研究热点包括PBPK模型在特殊人群、药物相互作用、单克隆抗体药物中的应用等。结论 1999年至2023年，PBPK模型研究在药学领域快速发展，美国、英国等国家的机构、期刊、学者引领着国际PBPK模型研究的发展。我国PBPK模型研究紧跟国际发展趋势，但学术影响力还有待提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current status,knowledge base,and academic influence of physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model research,and to provide a reference for future research and application of PBPK models.Methods The literature related to PBPK model researches from January 1,1999 to April 1,2023 in the Web of Science database was searched,and Excel 2019 software,Incites analysis platform,VOSviewer 1.6.19 software were adopted to conduct bibliometric analysis to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the number of publications,countries/regions,institutions,authors,journals,citations and keywords.Results A total of 2923 articles were included,of which 244 articles were published by Chinese scholars.The number of annual publications in this field has been increasing year by year,and the country with the largest number of publications was the United States of America (USA,48.82%),followed by the United Kingdom (20.80%) and Germany(10.50%),the category normalized citation impacts (CNCIs) of the USA,the United Kingdom,and Germany were 1.26,1.55,and1.41,respectively.The number of publications in China’s mainland ranked the fifth (7.90%),with a CNCI of 0.84.The institution with the largest number of publications in the whole world was the Roche Holding (198 articles),with a CNCI of 1.74,while the institution with the largest number of publications in China was the China Pharmaceutical University (40 articles),with a CNCI of 0.93.The top 10 authors in terms of publication number all came from the top 10 countries in terms of publication number,with CNCIs of>1.The journal with the largest number of publications was Drug Metabolism and Disposition (206 articles).The research topics focused on the application of PBPK model to study drug absorption,distribution,metabolism,elimination and drugdrug interactions,and the research hotspots included the application of PBPK model in special populations,drug-drug interactions,and monoclonal antibody drugs.Conclusion PBPK model research has developed rapidly in the field of pharmacy from 1999 to 2023.Institutions,journals,and scholars from the USA,and the United Kingdom have led the development of international PBPK model research.The PBPK model research in China follows the international development trend,but the academic influence needs to be further improved.更多还原
