小儿腹泻古籍知识图谱构建与临床分析

【摘要】 目的:建立基于中医古籍整理的小儿腹泻数据库,为临床小儿腹泻的中医诊疗提供参考。方法:本研究通过大数据中医知识图谱结合人工校正,进行中医古籍整理,构建小儿腹泻数据库,对使用中药频次、功效、四气五味归经进行总结,并进行中药关联网络分析及病证症方药知识元关联热图聚类分析,筛选整理了特色药对、药串及核心处方,并结合临床验案,实现“文献挖掘—临床验案”对应研究。结果:“小儿泄泻”数据库共涉及相关书籍203部共1 614条条文。处方中,中药频数超过100次的有白术(198次)、木香(154次)、人参(121次)、豆蔻(112次)、甘草(105次)、茯苓(103次)共6味药。在此基础上深度挖掘发现,方药中以“白术、茯苓、甘草、木香、人参、豆蔻”权重较大且形成关联较密切的药物组方。我们通过核心处方进一步结合临床验案,实现“文献挖掘—临床验案”对应研究。结论:“古籍知识图谱结合临床分析”研究模式有助于古籍深入挖掘整理,并指导临床实践。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a pediatric diarrhea database based on the compilation of ancient Chinese medicine literatures, providing reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diarrhea in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:This study used big data traditional Chinese medicine knowledge graph combined with manual correction to organize ancient Chinese medicine books, construct a database of pediatric diarrhea, summarize the frequency, efficacy, four qi and five flavors of using traditional Chinese medicine, and conduct network analysis of traditional Chinese medicine associations and cluster analysis of disease syndrome and formula knowledge elements. The study screened and organized characteristic herbal pairs, herbal chains, core prescriptions and combined with clinical trials to implement corresponding research between literature mining and clinical trials. Results: The “Pediatric Diarrhea” database involves a total of 203 relevant books and 1 614 articles. In the prescription, there are six herbels with a frequency of over 100 times, including Atractylodes macrocephala(198 times), Muxiang(154 times), Ginseng(121 times), Cardamom(112 times), Licorice(105 times), and Poria cocos(103 times). On this basis, it was found through in-depth exploration that “Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos, Licorice, Muxiang, Ginseng, and Cardamom” have a higher weight and form a closely related herbal group in the prescription. We further integrate clinical trials through core prescriptions to achieve corresponding research between literature mining and clinical trials. Conclusion: The research model of combining the knowledge graph of ancient literatures with clinical analysis is helpful for the in-depth excavation and organization of ancient literatures and guides clinical practice.
