【摘要】 目的 调查创伤儿童（青少年）的需求现状并分析其影响因素，为临床制订针对性康复计划提供依据。方法于2023年3月,采用一般资料调查表、曼彻斯特创伤儿童（青少年）需求问卷、中文版青少年欧洲五维健康量表(EQ-5D-Y)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)对多所三甲医院创伤中心的310例创伤儿童（青少年）进行调查。采用SPSS 22.0软件进行数据分析,采用Pearson相关分析法进行相关性分析,采用多元线性回归分析法分析创伤儿童（青少年）创伤需求的影响因素。结果 310例患儿的创伤需求得分为（123.94±35.04）分，EQ-5D-Y得分为(16.88±4.93)分,医院焦虑量表得分为(14.10±1.28)分,医院抑郁量表得分为(13.29±1.22)分,患儿创伤需求与健康相关生活质量及焦虑抑郁情绪呈正相关(r=0.541、0.551,P<0.001)。性别、家庭人均收入、健康相关生命质量、焦虑及抑郁情绪是患儿创伤需求的主要影响因素。结论 创伤儿童（青少年）的创伤需求处于中等偏上水平，建议医护人员应依据创伤儿童及家庭的自我需求报告制订康复宣教内容，同时着重从改善患儿健康相关低生命质量，缓解患儿及家庭焦虑、抑郁不良情绪等方面，来制订以患儿为中心的康复计划，从而满足创伤患儿的创伤需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveInvestigate the demand level of trauma children(juvenile adult) and analyze the influencing factors to provide a basis for the clinical development of targeted rehabilitation programs.MethodsIn March 2023,atotal of 310 trauma children(juvenile adult) were investigated by general data questionnaire, Manchester Needs Tool For Injured Children(juvenile adult), EuroQol fivedimension Youth version,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 software, pearson correlation method, and multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the trauma needs of trauma children(adolescents).ResultsThe needs of 310 trauma children score(123.94±35.04), EQ-5D-Y score(16.88 ± 4.93), hospital anxiety scale score(14.10 ± 1.28), hospital depression scale score(13.29±1.22), trauma children needs were positively related to health-related quality of life and anxiety and depression(r=0.541, r=0.551,P<0.001).Gender, per capita family income, health-related quality of life, anxiety and depression are the main factors affecting the trauma needs of the children.ConclusionThe trauma needs of trauma children(adolescents) are at an above medium level. It is suggested that medical staff should focus on improving the health of the low quality of life of children, alleviating the needs of children and family anxiety, depression, so as to meet the trauma needs of children with trauma.更多还原
