【摘要】 建设全国统一大市场是构建新发展格局，推动经济高质量发展的内在要求。从营商环境角度出发，探究数字政府建设对于全国统一大市场的影响效应及其作用机制。研究发现，数字政府对全国统一大市场建设具有正向推动作用，这种推动作用主要通过改善地区营商环境来实现。具体而言，数字政府建设能够促进政务环境、法治环境和金融环境的改善，从而提升国内市场一体化程度，而且这种作用在南方地区、社会信任度较高地区和数字基础设施较为完善地区更为显著。因此，应充分发挥政府数字化建设的积极作用，提升政府治理能力和水平，弱化市场分割，提高国内市场效率，进一步加快全国统一大市场进程，为构建新发展格局提供内生动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Building a unified national market is an inherent requirement for constructing the new development pattern and promoting high-quality economic development. From the perspective of business environment, this paper explores the impact and mechanism of digital government construction on unifiednational market. The study finds out that digital government has a positive promoting effect on the construction of unifiednational market, and this promoting effect is mainly achieved by improving regional business environment. Specifically, the construction of digital government can help to improve government environment, legal environment and the financial environment so as to enhance the integration of the domestic market, and this effect is more significant in southern regions, regions with high social trust, and regions with good information infrastructure. Therefore, we should give full play to the positive role of the digital government construction, improve the governance capacity and level of the government, weaken market segmentation, improve the efficiency of the domestic market, and further accelerate the process of unified national market, so as to provide internal impetus for the construction of the new development pattern.更多还原
