【摘要】 照护依赖是指由于疾病导致患者的身体机能被限制，从而产生的需要依靠他人帮助的复杂的综合性状态。老年脑卒中患者因其疾病特点，导致自理能力下降，成为照护依赖的高危人群。本文就照护依赖的研究现状、影响因素以及干预措施等方面的研究进展进行综述，旨在提高对老年脑卒中患者照护需求的关注，为降低其照护依赖程度、提高生活质量提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Care dependence refers to a complex and comprehensive state of being dependent on others due to the limitation of physical functions caused by the disease.Elderly stroke patients are high risk group for care dependence due to decrease in self-care ability caused by their disease characteristics.Therefore, this paper reviews the current research status, influencing factors, and interventions of care dependence, in order to provide reference for increasing attention to the care needs of elderly stroke patients, reducing their dependence, and improving their quality of life.更多还原
