钐对P92钢涂层组织及质量的影响
Effect of Samarium Content on Microstructure and Quality of P92 Steel Coating
【摘要】 稀土在渗铝过程中不仅起到催渗促渗作用,还可以提升渗层的质量。通过配置不同稀土含量的渗铝剂6%Al-2%NH4Cl-xSmCl3-(92%-x) Al2O3(x为0,2%,4%,6%SmCl3),凭借包埋法,采用合适的工艺条件在超超临界P92钢表面制备得到不同稀土含量的涂层。利用OM、SEM对涂层进行组织观察,通过SEM的能谱分析对涂层截面元素分布进行分析,通过XRD对涂层表面进行物相分析。结果表明,无稀土元素的涂层厚度不均且涂层中存在孔洞、裂纹等缺陷;加入稀土,可不同程度增加渗层的厚度,且适量稀土可提升涂层质量。对比可知,2%稀土含量的渗层稍厚,且厚度均匀。不同涂层表面物相均为AlCrFe2。此研究可为优化渗铝剂中稀土含量、制备质量较好的涂层提供数据支持。
【Abstract】 Rare earth not only plays a catalytic role in the process of aluminizing, but also can improve the densification of the permeating layer. In this paper, the coatings with different rare earth contents(0, 2%, 4%, 6%SmCl3) were prepared on the surface of ultra-supercritical P92 steel under certain technological conditions by embedding method. OM and SEM were used to observe and analyze the microstructure of the coating, SEM was used to scan the cross section elements of the coating, and XRD was used to analyze phase the surface of the coating.The results show that the coating without rare earth elements has uneven thickness and there are holes and cracks in the coating. Adding rare earth can increase the thickness of rare earth to different degrees, and a proper amount of rare earth can improve the coating quality. The comparison shows that the thickness of the permeation layer with 2% rare earth content is slightly thicker and uniform. The surface phase of the coating is AlCrFe2. This study provides information support for optimizing the content of rare earth in aluminizing agent and preparing the coating with better quality.
