【摘要】 目的 探讨职业倦怠和工作投入在手术室护士心理健康素养与主观幸福感关系中的链式中介作用，以期为提高手术室护士主观幸福感提供参考。方法 于2023年6～8月，通过便利抽样法采用Maslach职业倦怠量表、工作投入量表短版、幸福感指数量表和心理健康素养量表对某市40所二级及以上医疗机构的443名手术室护士进行调查，运用结构方程模型检验链式中介作用和Bootstrap法估计中介效应值。结果 手术室护士的心理健康素养、工作投入和主观幸福感与职业倦怠呈显著负相关（r=-0.886～-0.624），心理健康素养、工作投入和主观幸福感两两呈显著正相关（r=0.476～0.658）；心理健康素养不直接影响手术室护士的主观幸福感（β=0.021,t=0.489,P=0.627），但可通过职业倦怠和工作投入的单独中介作用和两者的链式中介作用间接影响，其中介效应量分别为87.70%、4.37%、4.53%。结论 心理健康素养主要通过职业倦怠、工作投入的单独中介作用及两者的链式中介作用间接影响手术室护士的主观幸福感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mediating role of burnout and work engagement in the rela tionship between mental health literacy and subjective well-being of nurses in the operating room, in order to provide a reference for improving the subjective well-being of nurses in the operating room. Methods In June～August 2023, 443 operating room nurses from 40 secondary and above medical institutions in a city were surveyed by convenience sampling method using the Maslach burnout scale, the short version of the work engagement scale, the well-being index scale and the mental health literacy scale, and the structural equation model was used to test the mediating effect of chain and the Bootstrap method to estimate the mediating effect value. Results There was a significant negative correlation between mental health literacy, work engagement and subjective wellbeing and job burnout(r=-0.886～-0.624) and a significant positive correlation between mental health literacy, work engagement and subjective wellbeing(r=0.476～0.658); Mental health literacy did not directly affect the subjective well-being of nurses in the operating room(β=0.021, t=0.489,P=0.627), but it could be indirectly affected by the mediating effect of job burnout and work engagement alone and the chain mediating effect of both,with the mediating effect sizes of 87.70%, 4.37% and 4.53%, respectively. Conclusion Mental health literacy mainly affects the subjective well-being of operating room nurses through the mediating role of job burnout and work engagement alone, and the chain mediating effect of both.更多还原
