【Abstract】 Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are homologous diseases and can becomorbidities. Atherosclerosis is the pathological basis of the comorbidities of cardiovascular andcerebrovascular diseases. In recent years, with the improvement of surgical technique and the progress ofdrug intervention, the synchronous surgical treatment for brain and heart of cardiovascular andcerebrovascular diseases can improve clinical outcome.
