【摘要】 针对畜牧兽医及渔业法规课程教学中“三农”情怀融入度不足、既懂专业又懂法律的教师缺乏、动科类专业人才培养和法治教育结合度不强等问题，采用专家访谈法、文献资料法，以畜牧兽医及渔业法规课程思政理论建设为对象，基于农法结合的课程特点，分析了课程教学现状，厘定了课程目标，构建了“三层六维”（三层：“强农兴农”教学团队、“助农学农”教学平台、“知农爱农”人才培养，六维：“农法兼修”师资、“双师素质”团队、“三大模块”体系、“线上线下”资源、“双层考核”模式、“四种实践”活动）课程思政建设实施路径。结果表明：该路径将提高了动科类专业学生法治意识和法治素养，促进了动科类专业学生在畜牧兽医及渔业领域解决法治现实问题能力的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 In light of problems such as insufficient integration of the feelings for agriculture, rural areas and farmers in the teaching of the course on animal husbandry, veterinary medicine and fishery regulations, a lack of teachers proficient in both professional knowledge and laws, and weak integration between the cultivation of talents majoring in animal science and legal education, this paper adopts the expert interview method and the literature review method to study the path for the ideological and political theory construction of this course. Based on the course characteristics combining agriculture and law, it analyzes the current teaching situation of the course, defines the course objectives, and constructs the implementation path of ideological and political education in the course with the "Three Layers and Six Dimensions"(Three Layers: "Strengthening and Revitalizing Agriculture" teaching team, "Helping and Learning about Agriculture" teaching platform, "Knowing and Loving Agriculture" talent cultivation; Six Dimensions: "Combining Agriculture and Law" teaching staff, "Dual-qualified" team, "Three Modules" system, "Online and Offline" resources, "Two-tier Assessment" mode, "Four Kinds of Practice" activities). The results show that this path improves the legal awareness and legal literacy of animal science majors and promotes students’ ability to solve practical legal problems in the fields of animal husbandry, veterinary medicine and fishery.更多还原
