眼动追踪:探秘教师专业眼光的增益“透镜”
Eye Tracking: The Gaining Lens of Exploring Teachers’ Professional Vision
【摘要】 眼动追踪作为研究人类视觉感知与认知过程的新技术手段和方法,因具有传统研究方法无法企及的优势与潜力,成为探秘教师专业眼光的增益“透镜”。为了探究眼动追踪方法在教师专业眼光研究中可发挥何种增益价值,同时需要哪些互补“透镜”克服其局限,本研究以国内外知名数据库为检索源,通过主题词检索和滚雪球方式,基于严格的文献筛选标准,最终对54篇符合要求的文献进行深度分析。研究发现,眼动追踪在教师专业眼光研究中有ON和IN两大应用模式,可产生“精准定位教师的注视分布位置、客观分析影响教师视觉注意的相关因素、深层揭示教师视觉注意的优先级和重点、全面捕捉教师理解课堂的视觉注意过程”的增益价值。当然,眼动追踪方法并非万能,为了解教师注视的具体对象和深入分析教师注视时所伴随的推理过程,研究者通常将视频分析、提示性回溯报告、回溯性出声思维以及访谈等研究方法作为其互补“透镜”。
【Abstract】 Eye tracking, as a new technology and method to study human’s visual perception and cognitive processes, has become a lens for exploring teachers’ professional vision due to its advantages and potential that cannot be achieved by traditional research methods. In order to explore what kind of gaining value eye tracking can achieve in the research of teachers’ professional vision, and what complementary methods are needed to overcome its limits, the research uses well-known national and international databases as the retrieval source, through the retrieval of subject word and the method of snowballing, based on strict standard, and finally, an in-depth analysis of 54 literatures that met the requirements was carried out. The study found that eye tracking has two application modes in the research of teachers’ professional vision, that is, the ON mode and the IN mode, and can produce the following gaining values. First, it can locate accurately in teachers’ gaze distribution and have an objective analysis of relevant factors affecting teachers’ visual attention. Second, it is an efficient way of revealing teachers’ visual attention in depth. Finally, it captures the visual attention process of teachers comprehensively when they try to understand the classroom. Of course, the method of eye tracking is not a panacea. In order to understand the specific object and deeply analyze the reasoning process accompanying teacher’s gaze, methods such as video analysis, cued retrospective reporting, retrospective thinking aloud and interview are used as the complementary lenses.
