【Abstract】 During the 2024 Taiwan elections, the White Force represented by Ko Wen-je and TPP received outstanding results, which re-raises the expectations among some Taiwan residents for the “Third Force”. However, the Single-District Two-Votes System doesn’t lend itself to the development of the “Third Force”, and the two major forces, the KMT and the DPP, are relatively stubborn. Therefore, as the representative of the newly emerging “Third Force”, there may still be a long way for TPP to go before breaking the shackles of the system to become stable.更多还原
