基于能量转移的光响应型生物探针在分子医学方面的应用
Application of Energy Transfer-based Optical Responsive Bioprobes in Molecular Medicine
【摘要】 在各种生物传感和成像探针中,光响应型探针由于具有高特异性和高灵敏度等优点而被广泛应用。其中,基于能量转移的光学生物传感和生物成像技术具有较优异的高信噪比,可以实现更灵敏、更广泛和更精准的传感与测量。该文基于F?rster共振能量转移(FRET)、纳米金属表面能转移(NSET)和等离子体共振能量转移(PRET)3种能量转移过程,介绍了光学生物传感和生物成像技术在疾病研究与治疗领域中的应用范例,可为基于能量转移的光学生物探针的开发和实际应用提供参考。此外,探讨了现有检测方法存在的问题,展望了基于能量转移的光学生物传感器和生物成像技术的前景与未来发展趋势。
【Abstract】 Among various biosensing and imaging probes,optical responsive probes are widely used due to their advantages of high specificity and high sensitivity. Energy transfer-based optical biosensing and bioimaging techniques have superior high signal-to-noise ratios, which enable more sensitive,broader,and more precise sensing. This paper introduced the applications of optical biosensing and bioimaging technologies in the field of disease research and therapy based on three energy transfer modes, such as, F?rster resonance energy transfer(FRET), nanometal surface energy transfer(NSET) and plasmon resonance energy transfer(PRET). The aim is to provide a reference for the practical application of energy transfer-based optical bioprobes. The prospects and future trends of energy transfer-based optical biosensors and biological imaging technologies are also discussed by exploring the problems of currently developed detection methods.
