外卖食品接触塑料中有害物质的研究进展
Research progress of harmful substances in contact plastics of take-out food
【摘要】 外卖食品接触塑料成分复杂,有害物质来源广泛。外卖食品接触塑料与食品直接接触时,这些有害物质可能直接迁移至食品中而危害人类健康。目前针对外卖食品接触塑料中的有害物质已开展了大量研究,如:常用的前处理方法,微波辅助萃取法、超声辅助萃取法、溶解沉淀法和固相萃取法等;常用的检测方法,高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱-质谱联用法、气相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱联用法和裂解气相色谱-质谱联用法等。外卖食品接触塑料中有害物质的迁移规律及迁移模型也取得了一定的进展,常用的迁移模型有Crank模型、Piringer模型和Weibull模型。虽然,外卖食品接触塑料相关研究已取得了一定进展,但外卖食品接触塑料安全问题不容忽视,本文主要对外卖食品接触塑料的种类、有害物质、有害物质的前处理方法和分析检测方法及有害物质的迁移研究进行了简述,为外卖食品接触塑料的安全检测和安全立法提供一定的参考依据。
【Abstract】 Take-away food contact plastics have a complex composition and a wide range of sources of hazardous substances.When take-away food contact plastics are in direct contact with food, these hazardous substances may migrate directly into the food and jeopardize human health.At present, a large number of studies have been carried out on the harmful substances in take-away food contact plastics, such as: commonly used sample pretreatment methods, microwave-assisted extraction, ultrasound-assisted extraction, dissolution and precipitation, and solid-phase extraction; commonly used detection methods, such as high-performance liquid chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, gas chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Some progress has also been made in the migration patterns and migration models of hazardous substances in take-away food contact plastics, and the commonly used migration models include the Crank model, the Piringer model and the Weibull model.Although some progress has been made in the study of take-away food contact plastics, the safety of take-away food contact plastics should not be ignored.This paper mainly focuses on the types of take-away food contact plastics, hazardous substances, sample pretreatment methods and analytical detection methods of hazardous substances, and the migration of hazardous substances, which will provide a certain reference basis for the safety testing and safety legislation of take-away food contact plastics.
