【Abstract】 This study analyzes the causes and characteristics of conflict discourse in the communicative context of fan communities in online virtual environments. The findings reveal that disparities in identity cognition and identity frameworks are critical factors driving conflict behaviors. Participants frequently employ strategies such as blame, irony, and curse to express dissatisfaction, negate what the other party said, and release emotions. This research can offer valuable insights for maintaining the online public opinion environment.更多还原
