【摘要】 目的:调查分析渭南市麻疹流行病学特征，为麻疹防控提供科学依据。方法:采用描述流行病学方法分析2009—2022年渭南市麻疹疫情监测资料。结果:2009—2022年渭南市累计报告麻疹病例274例，年均发病率0.37/10万。发病呈明显季节性，主要集中在4～6月，占总病例数的61.31%。年平均发病率前三位的区县依次为韩城市(0.78/10万)、潼关县(0.64/10万)和华州区(0.53/10万)。发病年龄主要为0～1岁，占全部病例数的50.73%。发病人群以散居儿童为主(57.30%)。含麻疹成分疫苗(MCV)接种0剂次、1剂次、≥2剂次以及免疫史不详占比依次为34.31%、8.76%、1.82%、55.11%。结论:渭南市近年来麻疹发病率显著降低，2022年发病率达到历史最低水平，但MCV首针及时率及2剂次覆盖率仍需进一步提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate and analyze the epidemiological characteristics of measles in Weinan to provide scientific basis for measles prevention and control.Methods:Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the surveillance data of measles in Weinan from 2009 to 2022.Results:A total of 274 cases of measles were reported in Weinan from 2009 to 2022,with an average annual incidence of 0.37/100000.The incidence was seasonal, mainly from April to June, accounting for 61.31% of the total number of cases.The top three districts and counties in annual average incidence were Hancheng(0.78/100000),Tongguan(0.64/100000) and Huazhou(0.53/100000).The age of onset was mainly 0～1 years old, accounting for 50.73% of all cases.The majority of the patients were scattered children(57.30%).The proportion of 0 doses, 1 dose, ≥2 doses and unknown immune history of measles-containing vaccine(MCV) was 34.31%,8.76%,1.82% and 55.11%,respectively.Conclusion:The incidence of measles in Weinan has decreased significantly in recent years and reached the lowest level in history in 2022,but the timely rate of the first injection of MCV and the coverage rate of two doses still need to be further improved.更多还原
