三联关节平车在扭曲线路上的安全性分析
Safety Analysis of Triple United Articulated Flat Vehicle on Twisted Line
【摘要】 通过SIMPACK软件建立三联关节平车动力学仿真模型,基于AS标准规定的轨道扭曲形状参数搭建扭曲线路进行仿真计算,分析三联关节平车在通过扭曲线路时的安全性能。研究结果表明,所评估车轮最大减载量满足要求,可以安全通过标准规定的扭曲线路。
【Abstract】 This article establishes a dynamic simulation model of a triple united articulated flat vehicle using SIMPACK software, and builds twisted line based on the twisted shape parameters specified in the AS standard for simulation calculation. The safety performance of the triple united articulated flat vehicle when passing through the twisted line is analyzed. The results indicate that the maximum load reduction of the evaluated wheels meets the requirements and can safely pass through the twisted line specified in the standard.
