磷虾油中有机砷脱除工艺优化

【摘要】 选用椰壳活性炭和水为脱除剂,对磷虾油中有机砷进行脱除。以有机砷的脱砷率为指标,考察脱砷温度、椰壳活性炭添加量、水添加量、脱砷时间4个因素对磷虾油中有机砷脱除的影响,采用Box-Behnken设计响应面试验优化磷虾油有机砷脱除工艺,并考察脱除前后磷虾油主要质量指标。结果表明:椰壳活性炭添加量10.0%,水添加量39.0%、脱砷时间5.5 h时,磷虾油中有机砷可以由初始的4.10 mg/kg降低至1.28 mg/kg,脱砷率为68.68%,脱除前后,磷虾油中磷脂、虾青素含量、酸价、过氧化值等主要指标没有明显变化。

【Abstract】 In this paper,with coconut shell-activated carbon and water as removal agents,organic arsenic in krill oil was removed. Taking the arsenic removal rate of organic arsenic as an index,the effects of arsenic removal temperature,the addition of coconut shell-activated carbon,water addition and arsenic removal time on the removal of organic arsenic were investigated. The removal process was optimized by Box-Behnken design,and the main quality indexes of krill oil before and after removal were analyzed. The results showed the addition of coconut shell-activated carbon 10.0% of krill oil’s mass,water addition 39.0% of krill oil’s mass,and arsenic removal time 5.5 h. The organic arsenic was reduced from the initial 4.10 mg/kg to 1.28 mg/kg,with the removal rate of 68.68%. Before and after removal,phospholipids,astaxanthin,acid value and peroxide value in krill oil did not change significantly.
