【摘要】 基于社会性别相关理论，探讨影片《摔跤吧!爸爸》所引发的女性体育发展的困境与出路。得出如下结论：大众传统的性别观念、家庭刻板的性别印象、学校异化的性别环境、个体的性别角色冲突是女性体育发展的限制性因素；主观体验、成就信念、自我尊重、自主动机是女性体育发展的激励性因素。建议：从性别平等的角度改变一贯、传统、刻板的社会性别观念，给予女性体育参与者(爱好者)更多的支持、认同、理解，可让女性体育从参与到坚持，最终走上可持续性的发展之路。研究可为我国女性体育发展提供一定的借鉴与启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theories of social gender, this paper discusses the plight and outlet of female sports development triggered by Dangal. Results indicate that the traditional gender concept, family gender stereotypes, campus environment of gender alienation, and female individual gender role conflict are the restrictive factors to the development of female sports; subjective experience, achievement beliefs, self-esteem, and autonomous motivation are the motivating factors for the development of female sports. Suggestions: Changing the conventional, stereotypical social gender concepts from the perspective of gender equality, and giving more support, recognition, and understanding to female sports participants or enthusiasts can enable female sports develop from participation to persistence, and eventually embark on the road of sustainable development. This research conclusion can provide important reference and inspiration for the development of female sports in China.更多还原
