一体式模块化斗式提升机的结构设计

【摘要】 介绍了传统斗式提升机的结构及其存在的施工精度要求高、施工周期长、稳定性差、安全隐患大等问题,提出了一体式模块化设计的改进思路。一体式模块化斗式提升机主要由底部模块、头部模块、非标准壳体模块、外挑平台模块组成;每个模块均经过有限元力学分析,在工厂内完成制作和预组装;具有组件标准化且生产灵活性强,安装周期短,结构稳定可靠等优点;可适应客户的多样化及个性化需求,尤其适用于老厂升级改造及工期要求短的新生产线建设。

【Abstract】 It introduces the structure of the traditional bucket elevator and the problems existing in it,such as high construction accuracy requirements, long construction period, poor stability, and large potential safety hazards. The improvement idea of adopting an integrated modular design is proposed.The integrated modular bucket elevator is mainly composed of a bottom module, a head module, a nonstandard shell module, and external platform module; and each module has been subjected to finite element mechanical analysis and is completed in the factory for production and pre-assembly. It has the advantages of standardized components and strong production flexibility, short installation period,and stable and reliable structure; and it can meet the diverse and personalized needs of customers,especially suitable for the upgrading and transformation of old plants and the construction of new production lines with short construction period requirements.
