波形钢腹板-UHPC组合连续箱梁桥结构性能分析

【摘要】 为解决传统预应力混凝土PC箱梁桥跨中挠度过大和腹板开裂的难题,文中提出“大跨径波形钢腹板-UHPC组合连续箱梁桥”的新桥型结构,通过有限元建模和计算分析,对波形钢腹板-UHPC组合连续箱梁桥结构性能进行研究,并论述该桥型结构的性能优势。研究表明,波形钢腹板-UHPC组合连续箱梁桥具有以下特性:(1)结构恒载内力占比明显降低;(2)结构沉降适应性较好;(3)结构横向刚度弱于竖向;(4)偏载对顶板应力影响明显,对底板应力影响次之,对主梁竖向位移影响小;(5)该桥型结构在梁高、顶板厚度和顶板横向预应力方面具有较大优势。随着UHPC材料的推广应用,波形钢腹板-UHPC组合连续箱梁有望成为大跨连续梁桥具有竞争力的桥型方案。

【Abstract】 To solve the problems of excessive midspan deflection and web cracking in traditional prestressed concrete box girder bridges, a new bridge structure of “Long span corrugated steel web-UHPC composite continuous box girder bridge” is proposed. Through finite element modeling and computational analysis, the structural performance of corrugated steel web-UHPC composite continuous box girder bridge is studied and the performance advantages of this bridge structure are discussed. The research shows that, corrugated steel web-UHPC composite continuous box girder bridges have the following characteristics:(1)Compared to traditional PC or corrugated steel web PC composite continuous box girder, the proportion of internal force under dead load of the structure is significantly reduced;(2)The structure has good adaptability to foundation subsidence;(3)The lateral stiffness of the structure is weaker than the vertical stiffness;(4)The eccentric load has a significant impact on the stress of the top deck, followed by the stress of the bottom slab, and has little impact on the vertical displacement of the girder;(5)This bridge structure has significant advantages in beam height, top plate thickness, and transverse prestressing on the top plate. With the promotion and application of UHPC materials, the combination of corrugated steel webs and UHPC continuous box girder is expected to become a competitive bridge type solution for long span continuous beam bridges.
