【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medicine hospitals are the main positions for providing traditional Chinese medicine services. The core of high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals is system innovation, technological innovation, mode innovation and management innovation. It is an important way that building a high-quality development evaluation index system for provincial traditional Chinese medicine hospitals and realizing the localization of the national evaluation indexes to promote high-quality development of local traditional Chinese medicine hospitals. Based on the current situation of high-quality development evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals nationwide, combined with literature review and expert consultation, this paper integrates the national evaluation indexes with Shanghai municipal features and traditional Chinese medicine characteristics to construct a "5+X" high-quality development evaluation index system for Shanghai traditional Chinese medicine hospitals that realizes the localization transformation of the national evaluation index system, and carries out hierarchical and precise evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, which has improved the governance capacity of traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
