基于OBE理念的《机械基础》课程教学改革研究——以“设计加工减速器”为例
Research on the Teaching Reform of the Course "Fundamentals of Machinery" Based on OBE Concept——Taking "Design and Machining Reducer" as an Example
【摘要】 文章以成果为导向,以“设计加工减速器”为教学改革案例,学生分组对轴或齿轮进行减速器零部件三维绘制、3D实物打印以及最后的组装,最终通过学生在人群中位置变化,实现增值评价。让学生加工设计能力得到锻炼,对精益求精的大国工匠精神以及职业道德精神也有更深刻的理解。
【Abstract】 This paper is result-oriented and takes "Designing and Machining Reducer" as a teaching reform case.Students in groups carry out 3D rendering,3D physical printing and final assembly of shaft or gear reducer parts.Finally,through the change of students’ position in the crowd,value-added evaluation is realized.Let the students’ processing and design ability be trained,and have a deeper understanding of the spirit of excellence and professional ethics.
