【摘要】 目的：观察银黄洗剂联合地奥司明片治疗下肢慢性溃疡的临床效果。方法：采用随机数字表法将80例下肢慢性溃疡患者分为对照组、观察组各40例。对照组给予地奥司明片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用银黄洗剂治疗。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、溃疡面积、溃疡深度、肉芽组织覆盖率、数字疼痛评分法（NRS）评分及炎症因子水平。结果：观察组总有效率95.00%，高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后，2组溃疡面积、溃疡深度、NRS评分、中医证候积分及C-反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)水平均较治疗前降低（P<0.05），肉芽组织覆盖率升高（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后溃疡面积、溃疡深度、NRS评分、中医证候积分及各炎症因子水平均低于对照组（P<0.05），肉芽组织覆盖率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：银黄洗剂联合地奥司明片治疗下肢慢性溃疡疗效确切，能够减轻患者炎症反应，促进肉芽组织生长，加快创面愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yinhuang Lotion combined with Diosamine Tablets on chronic ulcer of lower limb. Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic ulcer of lower limb were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine Diosamine Tablets, and the observation group was treated with Yinhuang Lotion based on the treatment of the control group. The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores,ulcer area,ulcer depth,granulation coverage rates,Numeric Rating Scale(NRS) scores,and levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group,higher than that of 75.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the ulcer area, ulcer depth, NRS scores, TCM syndrome scores, and levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the granulation coverage rates were increased(P<0.05). After treatment,the ulcer area,ulcer depth,NRS score,TCM syndrome score,and levels of various inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the granulation coverage rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Yinhuang Lotion combined with western medicine has a definite therapeutic effect in treating chronic ulcer of lower limb,which can reduce the inflammatory responses of patients,promote the growth of granulation tissue,and accelerate wound healing.更多还原
