【摘要】 脾阴学说是中医藏象学说的重要组成部分，具有深刻的理论内涵。《黄帝内经》奠定其理论基础，是其滥觞；《伤寒杂病论》创制麦门冬汤、薯蓣丸、麻子仁丸，为其提供了基本的辨证组方思路，唐宋元各医家进行理论补充，明清时期该理论得以完善。至近现代，众多学者开展了相关临床研究，将脾阴学说用于指导糖尿病、萎缩性胃炎等疾病的治疗，有了全新的诊疗思路。脾阴学说具有重要的临床指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The “Spleen-Yin Theory”is the integral part of doctrine of visceral manifestation in Chinese medicine with deep theoretical connotation.As the origin of“Spleen-Yin Theory”,Huang Di Nei Jing(The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic) lays its theoretical foundation;in the Shang Han Za Bing Lun(Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases),Maimendong Decoction,Shuyu Pills and Maziren Pills were created,which provided the basic idea of syndrome differentiation and prescription selection.The ancient physicians in Tang,Song and Yuan Dynasties supplemented the theory,and it was perfected in Ming and Qing Dynasties.In modern times,many scholars have carried out relevant clinical studies by applying the“Spleen-Yin Theory”to guide the treatment of such diseases as diabetes and atrophic gastritis,which suggests new thoughts on diagnosis and treatment.
