【摘要】 基于嵌入理论,以江苏省句容市M村为例,总结驻村第一书记驱动乡村生态产业内源式发展的机制。研究发现:驻村第一书记驱动乡村生态产业内源式发展的行动策略,可以概括为“增权—重构—认知”的链接式嵌入治理,即驻村第一书记嵌入乡村场域后,为乡村生态产业发展增权赋能,外部力量和内生动力在其链接下广泛联系与深刻互构,实现外引与内联的跨域整合,从而激发村民自觉、自立与自强,推动乡村生态产业内源式发展的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the embedding theory,this paper summarizes the mechanism of the first secretary in the village driving the endogenous development of rural eco-industry by taking village M in Jurong,Jiangsu as an example.It is found that the action strategy of the first secretary in the village to drive the endogenous development of rural eco-industry can be summarized as linked embedded governance of "empowerment-reconstruction-cognition",that is,after embedded in the rural area the first secretary in the village empowers the development of rural eco-industry,and the external forces and endogenous dynamics are widely connected and deeply inter-constructed with the first secretary’s linkage,realizing the cross-domain integration of external attraction and internal linkage,thus stimulating the villagers to be self-conscious,self-supporting and self-reliant,and promoting the realization of endogenous development of the rural eco-industry.更多还原
