【摘要】 目的 综述2D-LC质谱联用技术以及其在药物质量研究中的应用进展。方法 参考国内外文献32篇，对其进行归纳、分析和总结。结果 2D-LC质谱联用技术不仅拥有一维液质联用技术的优点并且可以弥补一维液质联用技术的缺点，可广泛应用于化药及中药的质量研究当中。结论 2D-LC质谱联用技术是药物质量研究中的重要分析手段，具有广阔的应用与发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To review the progress of 2D-LC mass spectrometry and its application in drug analysis. Methods 32 domestic and foreign related literatures at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed and summarized.. Results 2D-LC mass spectrometry technology not only has the advantages of one-dimensional LC-MS technology, but also can make up for the shortcomings of one-dimensional LC-MS technology, and can be widely used in the quality research of chemical and traditional Chinese medicines.
