有机硅及钛酸酯改性碳纤维树脂基复合材料力学性能研究
Study on Mechanical Properties of Silicone and Titanate Modified Carbon Fiber Resin Matrix Composites
【摘要】 为了增韧纯环氧树脂基碳纤维复合材料,改善其力学性能,采用VARTM成型工艺制备有机硅改性碳纤维树脂基复合材料,使用傅里叶红外光谱仪、电子万能试验机、落锤式冲击试验机和SEM研究了改性后的环氧树脂官能团和化学键以及复合材料的拉伸、弯曲、冲击性能,并对其断口进行分析。结果表明:当有机硅质量分数为2%,钛酸酯偶联剂添加质量分数为0.4%时,复合材料的各项力学性能达到最佳,拉伸强度为751.55 MPa,提高了111.4%;弯曲强度为1023.64 MPa,相比未改性的复合材料提高了69.6%;冲击韧性为88.51 kJ·m-2,比纯环氧树脂碳纤维复合材料提高了61.3%。
【Abstract】 In order to toughen pure epoxy resin-based carbon fiber composites and improve their mechanical characteristic,organosilicon modified carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite laminates were prepared by VARTM molding process. Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, almighty test machine, drop hammer type cable impact test machine and SEM were used to study the functional groups and chemical bonds of the modified epoxy resin and the tensile, bending and impact properties of the composites, and the fracture was analyzed. The results showed that when the addition amount of organosilicon was 2%(mass fraction), and the addition amount of phthalates coupling agent was 0.4%(mass fraction), the mechanical characteristics of the composites were the best, and the tensile strength was 751.55 MPa, which was increased by 111.4 %. The flexural strength was 1 023.64 MPa, which was 69.6% higher than that of the unmodified composite. The resilience was 88.51 kJ·m-2, which was 61.3%higher than that of pure epoxy resin carbon fiber composites.
