多源洪水影响下南四湖湖东滞洪区洪水演进模拟
Simulation of Flood Routing in East Flood Detention Basin of Nansi Lake under the Influence of Multi-source Flood
【摘要】 为解决蓄滞洪区受多源洪水风险的问题,以南四湖湖东滞洪区白马片区为研究对象,采用以水力学为主、水文学为辅的方法建立以南四湖分洪、蓄滞洪区区间降雨径流以及坡面汇流为主要洪水来源的蓄滞洪区洪水演进模型。结合白马河马楼上游流域的实测资料对模型参数进行率定,模拟了考虑南四湖水位36.79、36.99 m,降水频率50年一遇、百年一遇4种组合工况下白马片的洪水淹没演进情况,从风险区面积、水量以及淹没水深等方面对不同洪水来源对蓄滞洪区的影响进行分析。结果表明:当南四湖分洪水位为36.79 m时,南四湖分洪与蓄滞洪区区间降雨径流以及坡面汇流的洪水对蓄滞洪区的影响均较大,影响程度相当;当南四湖分洪水位为36.79 m时,南四湖分洪对白马片区的洪水风险影响更大,水量约是区间降雨径流以及坡面汇流量的2倍。
【Abstract】 To address the risk posed by multiple flood sources in retention flood storage areas, taking the Baima section of the eastern retention area of Nansi Lake as the study subject, employing a method mainly based on hydraulics and supplemented by hydrology, a flood evolution model was established for the retention area, considering the Nansi Lake flood diversion, inter-regional rainfall runoff in the storage area, and slope runoff as the primary flood sources. Calibration of model parameters was conducted using actual data from the upstream catchment of Baima River and Malou, Simulations were run on the flood inundation progression in the Baima section under four combined scenarios considering the Nansi Lake water levels at 36.79 m and 36.99 m, and precipitation frequencies of 50-year and 100-year return periods, The analysis focused on the impacts of different flood sources on the retention area from the perspectives of risk zone area, water volume, and inundation depth. The results indicate that when the flood diversion level of Nansi Lake is 36.79 m, the rainfall runoff between the flood diversion area and the flood storage area and the flood confluence on the slope have great influence on the flood storage area. When the flood diversion level of Nansi Lake is 36.79 m, the flood risk of Baima area is more affected by the water diversion of Nansi Lake, which is about twice of the rainfall runoff and the slope sink discharge.
