自制立体仓库实物模型应用于机电一体化实验的教学研究与实践

【摘要】 针对当前高校机电一体化实验教学综合性和创新性不足等问题,提出自制立体仓库实物模型应用于机电一体化实验的教学改革。该模型基于西门子S7-1200 PLC模拟工业物流仓储立体仓库自动出/入库和存/取料的整个过程,实验教学按照基础实验项目、案例实验项目、开放式实验项目分层次进行,着重培养本科生的基本操作技能和综合创新实践能力。经过三年实验教学实践证明,实验教学改革有效提升了本科生运用专业知识解决实际问题的能力。

【Abstract】 This article proposes a teaching reform for the application of self-made three-dimensional warehouse physical models in mechatronics integration experiments in response to the current problems of insufficient comprehensiveness and innovation in mechatronics integration experimental teaching in universities. This model simulates the entire process of automatic entry and exit, storage and retrieval of materials in industrial logistics warehouses. The experimental teaching is divided into three parts: the basic experimental project, the case experimental project, and the open experimental project, with a focus on cultivating undergraduate students’ basic operational skills and comprehensive innovative practical abilities. After three years of experimental teaching practice, the quality of undergraduate students in applying professional knowledge to solve practical problems has been effectively improved.
