【摘要】 地方高校音乐学院作为地方音乐教育的最高学府，不仅担负着为地方培养音乐人才的重任，还承担着地方音乐文化传承与发展的使命。当前，地方高校音乐教学改革，要从个性陶养、知识结构、地方特色音乐能力应用三个方面来革新教学目标，通过融入地方性音乐元素、多学科交叉等方式拓展教学内容，创设适宜的教学情境，运用翻转课堂教学模式，通过评价方式和评价主体的多元化来优化教学评价，只有这样，才能使地方高校音乐教学改革向纵深发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the highest institution of local music education,the music college of a local university not only shoulders the responsibility of cultivating music talents for the local area,but also undertakes the mission of inheriting and developing local music culture. At present,the reform of music teaching in local universities should reform teaching objectives from such three aspects as personality cultivation,knowledge structure,and application of local characteristic music abilities. Efforts should be made to integrate local music elements and interdisciplinary approaches to expand teaching content,create suitable teaching scenarios,use flipped classrooms teaching model,optimize teaching evaluation through diversified evaluation methods and evaluation subjects,and deepen the reform of music teaching in local universities.更多还原
