【Abstract】 Teaching ability is the core and key element of teacher professional development. Colleges and universities should adhere to the principle of moral education, fully implement the Party’s education policy, adhere to both political integrity and ability, put building morality first, and improve the construction of teacher evaluation system. In view of the main problems existing in the teaching ability evaluation of university teachers under the background of “breaking the five only”, this paper studies and establishes the countermeasures of teaching ability evaluation of university teachers, forms the standards of excellent teaching ability of university teachers, to provide evaluation and development services for teachers in higher agricultural and forestry colleges of the new era. This paper explores how to shift from a terminal evaluation mechanism for college teachers to a process-oriented evaluation mechanism that reflects all teaching links, and constructs a scientific teacher evaluation scheme.更多还原
