【摘要】 食品微生物学在大学生食品科学工程专业中占有重要地位，随着高等教育的持续发展，传统的食品微生物学教学已无法满足新时代大学生对于食品微生物学课程的学习需求。针对食品微生物学（双语）课程开设中存在的问题，本文通过开设分层教学的意义、主要内容、研究思路、研究方法、重点和难点等，根据学生个性差异、能力差异和认知差异，提出了基于“识材-施教-发展”教学理念的食品微生物学（双语）分层教学模式。旨在帮助大学食品微生物学及其相关学科的教师掌握分层教学模式的内涵，推动这一教学模式的有效应用，切实提升大学生的专业知识水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Food Microbiology occupies an important position in college students’ food science engineering majors, and with the continuous development of higher education, traditional food microbiology teaching can no longer meet the learning needs of college students for food microbiology courses in new era. Aiming at the problems existing in the Food Microbiology(bilingual) course, this study proposes a tiered teaching model for Food Microbiology(Bilingual) based on the teaching concept of “Known the material, Teaching and learning,Development” through the opening of the significance of tiered teaching, the main content, research ideas, research methods, key points and difficulties, etc., according to the differences in students’ personalities, abilities and cognitive differences. The purpose of this study is to help teachers of Food Microbiology and related disciplines to understand the meaning of the tiered teaching model, to promote the effective application of this teaching model,and to improve the professional knowledge of university students.更多还原
