【摘要】 新时代新经济下，随着大数据、区块链、人工智能等信息技术发展，产业技术迭代和企业技术创新加快，商业模式创新、企业家精神、数字化转型已然成为各产业尤其是制造业的热点和焦点。在不确定环境下，企业家精神对商业模式创新的作用机制，尤其是基于数字化转型的中介传导路径，尚未引起学术界的足够关注。以制造业上市企业为样本，运用理论推断、数理检验等方法，探讨了以数字化转型为中介和以环境不确定性为调节的企业家精神对商业模式创新的影响机制。结果表明：企业家精神对商业模式创新及其能力、策略和绩效的作用均呈“U”型，并通过了稳健性检验；企业家精神对数字化转型的作用呈倒“U”型，数字化转型对商业模式创新及其能力、策略和绩效均有显著正向作用，数字化转型发挥了部分中介效应；环境不确定性仅在企业家精神对商业模式创新的作用中起了一定调节效应。研究为制造业企业商业模式创新活力激发、动力增强、压力转换和潜力挖掘提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of new era and new economy,with the development of information technologies such as big data,block chain and artificial intelligence,industrial technology iteration and corporate technology innovation have accelerated,and three economic issues,e. g. business model innovation(BMI),entrepreneurs’ spirit(ES),and digital transformation(DT),have become hot spots and focuses in various industries,especially the manufacturing industry.In an uncertain environment(EU),the impact mechanism of ES on BMI,particularly the mediating effect path based on DT,has not attracted enough attention from the academic community.This paper,taking listed manufacturing enterprises as samples,and using theoretical inference,mathematical test and other methods,has explored the impact mechanism of ES on BMI mediated by DT and moderated by EU.The results show that the effects of ES on BMI and its ability(BMIA),stratagem(BMIS)and performance(BMIP)are all Ushaped,And all pass the triple robustness test.The effect of ES on DT is U-inverted,and DT has significant positive effects on BMI and its BMIA,BMIS and BMIP,and DT plays the mediating effect partly; EU exerts only some moderating effect among the impact of ES on BMI.This study provides reference for manufacturing enterprises on how to stimulate the vitality of BMI,increase the impetus of BMI,shift the pressure of BMI and tap the potential of BMI.更多还原
