燃尽风对四角切圆锅炉烟温偏差影响的试验研究
Experimental study on the effect of overfire air on the temperature deviation of gas in tangential firing boiler
【摘要】 某电厂300 MW亚临界四角切圆锅炉烟温偏差造成锅炉受热面壁温超温、再热器减温水量大、再热汽温低等问题。机组低负荷下转向室烟温偏差可达到50~100℃,高负荷下实测空气预热器两侧运行氧量偏差在1%左右,一侧CO体积分数在2 000 mL/m~3以上,飞灰含碳量达到3%以上。根据投运不同磨煤机造成的不同现象,通过调整燃尽风摆角并投运不同燃尽风层,解决了烟温偏差问题,降低烟气中CO含量及飞灰含碳量,提高锅炉效率以及锅炉运行稳定性。
【Abstract】 The flue gas temperature deviation of a 300 MW subcritical tangential firing boiler in a power plan causes problems such as overheating of the heating surface wall, large amount of water for reheater cooling, and low reheat steam temperature. Under low load, the deviation of smoke temperature in the steering chamber can reach 50~100 ℃. Under high load, the measured deviation of oxygen content on both sides of the air preheater is about 1 percentage point. The CO volume fraction on one side is above 2 000 mL/m~3, and the carbon content in fly ash is above 3%. Based on the different phenomena caused by the operation of different coal mills, the problem of flue gas temperature deviation was solved by adjusting the swing angle of the overfire air and operating different overfire air. The CO content in flue gas and carbon content in fly ash were reduced, and the boiler efficiency and operational stability were improved.
