高温胁迫对三倍体虹鳟血清生化指标的影响

【摘要】 为研究不同温度(18、21、24、27℃)对三倍体虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)血清生化指标的影响,选取300尾三倍体虹鳟,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复25尾,饲养72 h。结果表明,三倍体虹鳟在23℃出现应激反应,呼吸频率升高;血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性24、27℃组在72 h显著高于18、21、24℃组(P<0.05);碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性随着温度提升和时间持续而降低,18℃组在48、72 h显著高于21、24、27℃组(P<0.05);总胆红素(T-BIL)含量随着温度增高而增加,在24、48、72 h各组之间呈现出显著性差异(P<0.05);总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLO)含量随着温度的增高先上升后降低;白蛋白(ALB)含量24℃组呈现上升趋势,27℃组呈现出下降趋势,组内不同时间呈现显著差异(P<0.05)。研究表明,三倍体虹鳟在23℃水温刺激下表现出应激性反应,温度高于24℃的阶段性短期热应激对三倍体虹鳟肝功能具有明显损伤,影响其生长生存。

【Abstract】 To study the effects of different temperatures(18, 21, 24, 27 ℃) on serum biochemical indices of triploid rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss), 300 triploid rainbow trout were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group and 25 triploid rainbow trout in each replicate for 72 h. The results indicated that the triploid rainbow trout exhibited a stress response at 23 ℃, accompanied by an increase in respiratory rate. The activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in serum of 24 and 27 ℃ groups were significantly higher than those of 18, 21 and 24 ℃ groups at 72 h(P<0.05). The activity of alkaline phosphatase(AKP) decreased with the temperature increased and time continued, was significantly higher in 18 ℃ group than in 21, 24 and 27 ℃ groups at 48 h and 72 h(P<0.05). The total bilirubin(T-BIL) content increased with the increase of temperature, and there was a significant difference among all groups at 24, 48 and 72 h(P<0.05). The contents of total protein(TP) and globulin(GLO) initially increased and subsequently decreased with rising temperature, the albumin(ALB) content in the 24 ℃ group exhibited an upward trend, while the 27 ℃ group demonstrated a downward trend, with significant differences observed at various time points(P<0.05). Research indicated that the triploid rainbow trout exhibit a stress response when exposed to water temperatures of 23 ℃, and short-term heat stress at temperatures exceeding 24 ℃ significantly impaired liver function in triploid rainbow trout, thereby affecting their growth and survival.
