【Abstract】 Safeguarding the right to development of the disabled not only reflects the Marxist view of human rights, but also reflects the state’s respect and protection of human rights. In the process of comprehensively promoting the rule of law,the conditions for guaranteeing the right to development of the disabled in China are already available. On this basis, in view of the existing conditions and deficiencies, based on Chinese modernization, the ability and level of disability governance will be further improved. By stimulating the endogenous motivation of the disabled, we can further promote the improvement of social security and public services for the disabled in rural areas, so as to guarantee the right to development of the disabled with higher quality.更多还原
