【摘要】 国际中文教育专业学位为培养世界各国需要的高层次国际化复合型专业人才而创设，是最需要培养全球胜任力的学科之一。本文基于培养目标与现状，总结了四项举措：聚焦服务人类命运共同体建设，注重跨文化能力培养，强化国际中文教育志愿服务，以及主动适应新需求新趋势。同时，提出了四项建议，即强化政策引领导向，狠抓导师队伍建设，打造优质课程资源及深化国际交流合作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The professional degree of international Chinese language education is established to cultivate high-level,internationally-oriented,multi-disciplinary professionals needed by countries around the world.It is one of the disciplines most in need of cultivating global competence.Based on the training objectives and current status,this paper summarizes four measures:focusing on serving the construction of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind,emphasizing the cultivation of cross-cultural competence,strengthening the volunteer services of international Chinese language education,and proactively adapting to new demands and trends.Additionally,four suggestions are proposed,namely strengthening policy guidance,enhancing the development of the tutor team,creating high-quality course resources,and deepening international exchanges and cooperation.更多还原
